Classic Italian Pork Sausages – 6 (550g)


We make these plump Italian sausages ourselves out of Irish pork, fennel seed, and garlic. They’re a versatile and handy ingredient to keep around for delicious, easy meals.

  • Stew with lentils
  • Bean and sausage stew: cook onion on stovetop, stir in passata, tinned beans, sausage and veg of choice. Simmer until veg is tender and sausage is cooked through (a favourite of Eoin O’Mahony’s)
